Coaching and Peer Observation

TLC supports faculty teaching development through instructional coaching and peer observation. Our Instructional Coaching Program provides personalized, formative support for instructors looking to strengthen their teaching, explore evidence-based strategies, or work through specific instructional challenges. TLC also supports the SOLS Peer Observation process by providing resources, coordinating observations, and training faculty to become Certified Peer Observers.
