TLC Timely Tips: | ||
Hello SOLS Instructors! You made it to the end of the session! We just have a few suggestions for administrative tasks to make sure that any changes you made or material you created is preserved for the next time you teach this course.
Saving Zoom Recordings
It can be useful to keep Zoom recordings for future use, whether to share with students, TAs, or fellow instructors. However, Zoom automatically sends recordings to the trash 90 days after the recording date, and permanently deletes them after 30 days in the trash. To avoid losing your recordings, visit the TLC’s Zoom Recordings Storage Management & Export Guide for directions on saving Zoom recordings.
Course Evaluations | ||
Course Evaluations are an important resource for feedback and course improvement. Although evaluations are due before the session ends, the instructor will not have access to their evaluations until after the session when all instructors in the unit have submitted their final grades.

Ordering and Syncing a Dev Shell
Using a Canvas Development Shell is one way to keep track of changes you make in a course.
