This classroom has a PC, projector, and camera available for use - you can use your laptop in place of the PC as well. The video guide can be found here.

1. Turn the projector on using the white remote.
2. Plug the HDMI into your laptop if using it in place of the PC.
   1. If you use your laptop, you will not be able to use the camera mounted to the ceiling for Zoom - you will have to use the one on your laptop.
3. Go to tech.asu.edu/zoom and launch Zoom, then host a meeting and sign in.
4. Join with Computer Audio.
   1. If having any issues with the audio, go to the mute button and click the up arrow ( ^ ) and switch between the speaker and microphone options.
5. Click “Share Screen” to share your screen with Zoom.
   1. If sharing audio/videos, go to the “More” option at the top and click “Share Sound” to avoid audio lag for the Zoom audience.
