LSE 244 Setup Guide

This classroom has a PC, projector, and camera available for use - there is no HDMI for personal laptop use. The video guide can be found here.

1. Turn the projector on using the white remote.
2. Go to tech.asu.edu/zoom on the PC and launch Zoom, then host a meeting and sign in.
3. Join with Computer Audio.
   1. If having any issues with the audio, go to the mute button and click the up arrow ( ^ ) and switch between the speaker and microphone options.
4. Turn on the camera in Zoom, and if there are issues click the up arrow on the camera and select Polycom EagleEyes.
   1. If the alignment is not right, use the black remote to adjust left, right, up, or down, or zoom in and out.
5. Click “Share Screen” to share your screen with Zoom.
   1. If sharing audio/videos, go to the More option at the top and click “Share Sound” to avoid audio lag for the Zoom audience.
