LSE 232 Setup Guide

This classroom has a TV screen and a PC with an integrated camera, or an HDMI cable for personal laptop use. The video guide can be found here.

1. Use the black remote to turn on the TV and select the PC input.
2. Log into the PC.
   1. If wanting to use your own laptop, plug in the HDMI cable and use the TV remote to click source and select the other PC (or HDMI) input.
3. Go to tech.asu.edu/zoom on the PC and launch Zoom, then host a meeting and sign in.
4. Join with Computer Audio.
   1. If having any issues with the audio, go to the mute button and click the up arrow ( ^ ) and switch between the speaker and microphone options.
5. Turn on the camera if you want the Zoom audience to see you.
6. Click “Share Screen” to share your screen with Zoom.
   1. If sharing audio/videos, go to the “More” option at the top and click “Share Sound” to avoid audio lag for the Zoom audience.
