LSC 570 Setup Guide

This classroom has two TV screens, a camera, and a built-in PC, as well as the option to use your laptop through the HDMI cable. The video guide can be found here.

1. The PC is built into the front cabinets; if using, open the lower cabinet, second from the left and make sure the Power button is on.
2. The AMX panel on the table allows you to switch between Computer (PC) and Table (Laptop).
   1. If using your own laptop, plug in the HDMI cord on the table and select Table on the AMX Panel.
   2. If using the PC, select Computer on the panel and use the wireless mouse and keyboard on the table to log in.
3. Go to tech.asu.edu/zoom on the PC and launch Zoom, then host a meeting and sign in.
4. Join with Computer Audio.
   1. If having any issues with the audio, go to the mute button and click the up arrow ( ^ ) and switch between the speaker and microphone options.
5. Click “Share Screen” to share your screen with Zoom.
   1. If sharing audio/videos, go to the More option at the top and click “Share Sound” to avoid audio lag for the Zoom audience.
6. The mounted camera is only usable from the PC, otherwise your laptop integrated camera is used.
